Answer to Question Two:

Date RA dec Name
March 21 0h 0 degrees Spring Equinox
June 21 6h 23.5 degrees Summer Solstice
September 21 12h 0 degrees Autumnal Equinox
December 21 18h -23.5 degrees Winter Solstice

On March 21 and September 21 the Sun rises due East and we have the equinoxes. Note: The Vernal Equinox is sometimes called the "first day of spring", and similarly the others are used to separate the seasons, even though in the astronomical picture they should be the middle. In the next unit you'll see how this usage comes about.
